Talent Acquisition Specialist
Description
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Scheduling interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accuracy and completeness of candidate records.
- Handle initial candidate inquiries and provides timely responses or redirects them to the appropriate team member.
- Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and other correspondence.
- Screens resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on specified criteria.
- Conducts initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions.
- Collaborates with HR and hiring managers to coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensures all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
- Assists in organizing orientation sessions and facilitating the integration of new employees into the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience of 1-3 years in recruitment, human resources, or administrative support is a plus.
- Working across timezones is required at times as we recruit globally.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRMS software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
